Focal 28mm f2.8

     Focal brand lenses were sold by Kmart.   They were consumer grade lenses made by several third party manufacturers.   I've never shot with one until today and the weather was dismal.   The lens performed as expected.  The lens' build is all metal.  It is a solid piece of gear.  Focus is well dampened.  So far I can say it is a little soft wide open but contrast is good.   Colors are a bit muddy, though.   Flare is very noticeable.
