Minolta Macro Rokkor QF 50mm f3.5

..

..

Handling on the M3 is comfortable. The lens is sharp wide open, which I didn't expect. It is tack sharp at f5.6. Color rendition is excellent. Bokeh is not as smooth as the 50mm Rokkor PF but it is smooth in close focus use. In high contrast scenes bokeh fringing is noticeable upon close inspection. There is a red to cyan shift. I'm being picky. It's a good lens.
